Overview Edit

The Criminal Intelligence Coordinating Council (CICC) was established in response to recommendations contained in the National Criminal Intelligence Sharing Plan (NCISP). The CICC is composed of local, state, and federal entities and advises the U.S. Attorney General on matters relating to criminal intelligence. The CICC acts as an advocate for state, local, and tribal law enforcement organizations and their efforts to develop and share criminal intelligence in the promotion of public safety and national security.
