Overview[]
Title I ("The Copyright Renewal Act") amended Chapter 3 and abolished requirement that works published between 1964 and 1977 be renewed or fall into the public domain. Title II abolished the requirement that the Copyright Office prepare a report pertaining to Section 108 governing library photocopying.
