Definition Edit

Content integrity "[e]nables the recipient to verify that the original content of a message has not been modified."[1]

Overview Edit

"This element of service allows the originator of the message to provide to the recipient of the message a means by which the recipient can verify that the content of the message has not been modified. Content Integrity is on a per-recipient basis, and can use either an asymmetric or a symmetric encryption technique."[2]
