Content confidentiality

[p]revents the unauthorized disclosure of the content of a message to a party other than the intended recipient.[1]

Overview Edit

"This element of service allows the originator of a message to protect the content of the message from disclosure to recipients other than the intended recipient(s). Content Confidentiality is on a per-message basis, and can use either an asymmetric or a symmetric encryption technique."[2]
