Connectivity is

the ability of a computer network to transport data packets between two end points.
[t]he potential of the (computer-based) record or record system to establish links to or interact effectively with any sort of provider or database.[1]
the physical or electronic links which enable information to flow, and includes those non-technical relationships between people.[2]
[t]he minimum number of nodes or links whose removal results in losing all paths that can be used to transfer information from a source to a sink.[3]
