The Computer Crime and Security Survey is conducted by the Computer Security Institute (CSI) in cooperation with the San Francisco Federal Bureau of Investigation's Computer Intrusion Squad. The CSI/FBI Survey, as it has become known, has been conducted annually since 1996, and surveys U.S. corporations, government agencies, financial and medical institutions and universities.
