A Comprehensive Facility Report is a report that includes data elements corresponding to security assessments, inundation maps, failure mode characteristics, and interdependencies, in addition to geospatial data and pertinent background information that enable rapid situational awareness and quick regional evaluation regarding any potential threats affecting CI/KR from an all-hazards perspective.
