Overview Edit

The report identifies e-commerce trends and potential cross-border obstacles in order to analyze the direction that cross-border e-commerce is taking in the EU. It covers the business-to-consumer (B2C) aspects of e-commerce.

The report is a followup to the first edition of the Consumer Markets Scoreboard, adopted on January 29, 2008, as part of the European Commission's broader market monitoring initiative.
