A cloud reseller (also cloud aggregator)

aggregate[s] cloud platforms from cloud providers to provide larger resource infrastructures or to provide enhanced features. This relates to community clouds in so far as the cloud aggregators may expose a single interface to a merged cloud infrastructure.[1]
