A Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO) is responsible for strategically aligning an organization's workforce to its missions through effective management of human capital policies and programs. The CHCO advises and assists management in recruiting, developing, training, and managing a highly skilled, productive, and diverse workforce all applicable laws and regulations.
