The Computer and Technology Crime High-Tech Response Team (C.A.T.C.H.) is a multi-agency task force formed June 2000, which is dedicated to the investigation of high technology and internet crimes. Such crimes include crimes where technology is the target of the crime, where technology is the instrumentality of the crime, and where a particular understanding of technology is necessary to investigate or prosecute the case.
