Business identifiable information is

information defined in the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as trade secrets or commercial or financial information, that is obtained from a person representing a business entity, and which is privileged and confidential (e.g., Title 13) and exempt from automatic release under FOIA. Also included is commercial or other information that, although it may not be exempt from release under the FOIA, is exempt from disclosure by law (e.g., Title 13).[1]
