Citation Edit

Commonwealth of Australia, Building Consumer Sovereignty in Electronic Commerce: A Best Practice Model for Business (May 2000) (not available online).

Overview Edit

The Model "is a voluntary set of guidelines that a business or industry association might adapt as its core set of values or standards. Alternatively, consumers might choose to compare business practice with the standards when making purchase decisions or comparing online businesses. There is no built in complaints or enforcement mechanism in the Model."[1]
