B2C is an acronym for business-to-consumer or business-to-customer, which refers to

a type of business/website/technology which focuses on transactions between businesses and consumers, as opposed to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
the processes by which enterprises conduct business electronically with their customers and/or public at large using the Internet as the enabling technology.[1]
