An attorney's fee clause is a provision in a contract that specifies which party or parties are entitled to recover their attorney's fees and under what circumstances (e.g., if the party is the prevailing party in the litigation).

The prevailing party in any litigation or arbitration arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be entitled to an award of its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
