Founded in 1982, the mission of the Association Française de l'Audit et du conseil Informatique (AFAI) (French Association of Audit and IT Council) is to develop the use of techniques and methods for the control of information systems. AFAI has over 800 members, auditors, internal and external, and consultants, and various functions within companies: management of IT, auditing, finance and management control.
