Overview[]
The Armed Forces Communications Intelligence Advisory Council (AFCIAC) was designed to serve solely in the capacity of an advisory mechanism for the Armed Forces Security Agency (AFSA) and the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS). It later was renamed the Armed Forces Security Agency Council.
