Overview
The Advisory Committee on Export Policy (ACEP) is an interagency dispute resolution committee chaired by the Assistant Secretary for Export Administration. It consists of the Departments of State, Energy and Defense, Arms Control & Disarmament Agency and presided over by the Department of Commerce.
