Citation Edit

Alliance for Global Business, A Global Action Plan for Electronic Commerce (OECD Digital Economy Papers No. 44) (Oct. 1, 1999) (full-text).

Overview Edit

This second edition reflects a number of developments in the global discussions about electronic commerce since the first Global Action Plan was submitted on behalf of business to the OECD Ministerial in Ottawa, Canada, in October 1998. It also responds to a commitment that the AGB made in Ottawa behalf of business globally to submit evidence, after one year, that the various business actions set forth in the Global Action Plan were being properly implemented.
